The international Stress Management Association UK reports that 64% of people are suffering from work -place stress with too much work (62%) and deadline pressures (58%) coming highest on the list of causes.  A moderate amount of stress can inspire us to do our best and perform better but excessive amounts of stress increases our vulnerability to illness  and disease as well as leaving us tired and unhappy.
